We have sold over 200 pool ionizers since opening for business in 2003 and only had one return. The one return was from a customer that told us her husband was skilled in electrical wiring but then wired a 110 VAC Ecosmarte unit to 220 V and fried the electronics. Ecosmarte was good enough to replace the customers unit at no charge.
